Amends the Law Enforcement Camera Grant Act to modify annual reporting requirements for law enforcement agencies receiving officer-worn body camera grants.

Removes requirements that annual reports must include specific details about recordings used in prosecutions of conservation, criminal, or traffic offenses or municipal ordinance violations.

Removes requirements that annual reports must include details about recordings used in civil proceedings or internal affairs investigations, including complaint nature, disposition, and incident date/time/location.

Retains requirements for agencies to report on officer count, number of cameras, equipment issues, supervisor review processes, and other relevant program administration information.

Reports remain due annually by May 1 to the Board, Governor, and General Assembly during the grant period.
