• Expands definition to include deceptive social media content impersonating government agencies or state candidates/officials that is reasonably likely to dissuade voting or political participation.

• Adds definitions for "artificial intelligence," "generative artificial intelligence," and "digital replica" to clarify scope of prohibited deceptive materials.

• Applies the expanded definitions to both Class 4 felony prevention of voting charges (Section 29-4) and conspiracy to prevent voting charges (Section 29-18), effective immediately.
