Allows candidates harmed by prohibited deepfakes to seek injunctive or equitable relief to prevent publication.

Establishes penalties: Class C misdemeanor for violations; Class A misdemeanor if intended to cause violence or bodily harm; Class 3 felony for second or subsequent violations within 5 years.

Exempts bona fide news broadcasts, paid political advertising with good faith verification efforts, news publications, and satire or parody from the prohibition.
