Creates the Artificial Intelligence Reporting Act requiring each State agency to prepare an annual report on its use of covered algorithms in operations.

Report must include an inventory of covered algorithms, descriptions of their purpose and foreseeable uses, training data used, and performance evaluation metrics.

Each State agency must submit reports to the General Assembly, Auditor General, and Department of Innovation and Technology within 6 months of the effective date and annually thereafter.

Department of Innovation and Technology shall create and maintain a public website publishing full copies of reports and public summaries to ensure accessibility.

Each State agency must designate a Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer from current staff to oversee report preparation and submission.
