Creates the Digital Voice and Likeness Protection Act to regulate the use of digitally-created replicas of individuals' voices and likenesses in employment contexts.

Declares unenforceable any agreement allowing creation and use of a digital replica to replace in-person work performance unless the agreement includes a reasonably specific description of intended uses.

Requires that digital replica licensing agreements either be negotiated by legal counsel representing the individual with terms in writing, or be covered by a collective bargaining agreement that expressly addresses digital replica uses.

Defines "digital replica" as a realistic, computer-generated electronic representation of an actual individual created using AI or similar technology that a reasonable observer would believe is the actual person performing.

Applies to all agreements entered into after the effective date of the Act.
