Creates a civil cause of action for individuals depicted in digital forgeries created or distributed without consent through artificial intelligence manipulation.

Applies when digital forgeries are created or distributed to harass, extort, threaten, or cause physical, emotional, reputational, or economic harm; with reckless disregard for causing such harm; or to incite violence or interfere with official proceedings.

Excludes digital forgeries that are clearly and conspicuously identified as artificial intelligence-created content or parody/satire, except for sexual images as defined under existing nonconsensual sexual image laws.

Allows prevailing plaintiffs to recover actual damages, statutory damages up to $10,000 per defendant, defendant's monetary gains, punitive damages, attorney's fees, litigation costs, and injunctive relief to prevent display or disclosure.

Permits courts to grant injunctive relief allowing plaintiffs to proceed under a pseudonym to preserve anonymity.
