Transfers responsibility for reviewing and amending information technology accessibility standards from the Department of Human Services to the Department of Innovation and Technology

Requires accessibility standards review in calendar year 2026 and at least every 3 years thereafter, replacing the previous requirement for reviews every 3 years after initial publication

Authorizes the Secretary of Innovation and Technology to convene a working group of State entity representatives, stakeholders, and other officials to advise on reviewing and amending standards

Requires State entities to review amended standards within 6 months of publication and update their procurement policies accordingly to incorporate the new accessibility standards

Amended standards apply to electronic and information technology developed, procured, or substantially modified by State entities after the standards are incorporated into procurement policies
