Prohibits insurers and dental service plan corporations from denying coverage for tooth replacement based on teeth being extracted or lost before the person became covered under the plan.

Applies to individual or group accident and health insurance policies that provide dental coverage in Illinois.

Extends the same tooth replacement coverage requirement to companies offering managed care dental plans and point-of-service plans.

Amends three sections of Illinois law: the Illinois Insurance Code, the Dental Care Patient Protection Act, and the Dental Service Plan Act.
