Amends Section 11-20.1 of the Criminal Code of 2012 to include artificially intelligent software and computer-generated depictions of persons under 18 years of age in child pornography prohibitions, whether the person is real or fictitious.

Defines depictions created through AI or computer generation as child pornography if a reasonable person would regard the depicted person as being a real person under 18 years of age engaging in sexual acts or conduct.

Applies the expanded definition to all existing child pornography offenses including filming, distributing, possessing, producing, soliciting, and coercing involvement in such material.

Maintains existing penalties ranging from Class 1 to Class X felonies with mandatory minimum fines of $1,000 to $2,000 and maximum fines of $100,000, with enhanced penalties for children under 13 or repeat offenders.

Provides exemptions for law enforcement, prosecutors, court personnel, attorneys, and licensed professionals conducting bonafide treatment or education programs, and exempts telecommunications and internet service providers from liability for transmitting such material.
