Amends the Sexual Assault Evidence Submission Act to require Illinois State Police to notify investigating law enforcement agencies in writing within 7 days after identifying a consistent DNA profile from sexual assault evidence by comparing with suspect standards or the CODIS database.

Requires investigating law enforcement agencies to acknowledge receipt of DNA match notifications within 5 days and provide any additional information requested by the Illinois State Police or designated laboratory.

Mandates Illinois State Police or designated laboratory provide case-to-case matches and verified matches identifying suspects or offenders to investigating agencies within 30 days of identifying a consistent DNA profile.

Allows investigating law enforcement agencies to prohibit victim access to information regarding DNA matches and follow-up investigations through the sexual assault evidence tracking system if law enforcement determines such access would interfere with investigation or prosecution.
