Establishes a military immigrant family legacy program within the Department of Veterans' Affairs to assist uniformed service members, veterans, reserve component members, and their family members in securing legal immigration status and citizenship in the United States.

Requires the Director of Veterans' Affairs and Adjutant General of the Department of Military Affairs to jointly develop and implement the program in consultation with the Department of Human Services' Office of Welcoming Centers for Refugee and Immigrant Services.

Appoints two program coordinators (one from each department, both veterans) to assist intended recipients in obtaining adjustment of status, Parole in Place relief, or other immigration relief; communicate with relevant agencies; and maintain a clearinghouse of immigration resources.

Requires coordinators to submit annual reports beginning January 1, 2026 describing their activities and recommendations, with the Director and Adjutant General jointly submitting reports to the Governor and General Assembly.

Makes conforming amendments to the Department of Human Services Act and Military Code of Illinois to support the program's implementation.
