Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act to require disclosure of synthetic media in commercial advertisements.

Defines "synthetic media" as human voice, photograph, image, video, or likeness created or modified using generative artificial intelligence or software algorithms.

Requires any person who makes, publishes, or causes an advertisement containing synthetic media to be placed before the public to disclose that the advertisement contains synthetic media.

Mandates a clear and conspicuous disclaimer when synthetic media depicts a person in actions or expressions they did not actually perform, stating the likeness is synthetic and artificially generated.

Violations of these disclosure requirements constitute unlawful practices under Illinois consumer fraud law.
