Adds definitions for artificial intelligence, generative AI, digital replicas, and related terms to the Right of Publicity Act

Prohibits knowingly distributing, transmitting, or making available sound recordings or audiovisual works containing unauthorized digital replicas

Extends right of publicity protection to deceased individuals for 50 years after death, covering use of identity or digital replicas without consent

Allows recording artists and their exclusive contractors to enforce publicity rights in addition to individuals and authorized representatives

Establishes liability exemptions for service providers (broadband, wireless, telecom carriers, application software providers, cloud service providers) that transmit or store unauthorized digital replicas without actual knowledge, provided they act expeditiously upon notification
