Director of Natural Resources authorized to execute and deliver a quit claim deed to the Forest Preserve District of Will County for $1 consideration.

Property being transferred is approximately 10.707 acres located in Will County, Illinois, specifically part of Lot 9 in the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 34 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian.

Conveyance subject to existing public utilities, public roads, and any reservations, easements, encumbrances, covenants, and restrictions of record.

Deed must require property be used for public purposes by the Forest Preserve District; if used for other purposes or sale is attempted, title reverts to the Department of Natural Resources.

Director of Natural Resources shall record a certified copy of relevant Act portions in the Will County Recorder's Office upon receipt of the $1 payment.
