State Board of Education shall compile resources for elementary and secondary schools on indoor air quality, including best practices for assessing and maintaining ventilation systems.

Resources shall include information on potential State and federal funding sources to help schools identify ventilation needs.

State Board of Education must consult with stakeholders including the Department of Public Health, local health professionals, ventilation professionals, licensed design professionals, school administrators, teachers, and regional education office representatives.

Compiled resources must be made available to schools within 30 days through outreach strategies, including publication on the State Board of Education's website.

State Board of Education may update the compiled resources as necessary in consultation with the Department of Public Health or other relevant stakeholders.
