Amends the Illinois Insurance Code to add Section 356z.71 requiring coverage or reimbursement for gym memberships under group and individual accident and health insurance policies and managed care plans.

Applies to policies amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after January 1, 2025.

Limits coverage or reimbursement to a maximum of $50 per month.

Defines "gym membership" as regular fees for entrance and use of facilities containing exercise equipment including weight machines, treadmills, cardiovascular equipment, and free weights.

Takes effect January 1, 2025.
