Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 to add delivery drivers and couriers to the list of individuals whose battery constitutes aggravated battery when the perpetrator knows the victim's occupation.

Classifies such battery against a delivery driver or courier while performing employment duties as aggravated battery under Section 12-3.05(d)(13).

Makes aggravated battery against a delivery driver or courier a Class 3 felony unless other statutory provisions establish a higher classification.

Applies the same protections previously extended to transit workers, taxi drivers, and other service workers to delivery drivers and couriers in Illinois.
