Creates the Teacher Admission at Local Public Museums Act requiring local public museums to provide free admission to Illinois teachers.

Defines "Illinois teacher" as a person teaching at an elementary or secondary school in Illinois and "local public museum" as a facility operated by or on land owned by a unit of local government that promotes cultural development and exhibits historical, scientific, or artistic materials.

Allows museums to require teachers to provide identification or documentation proving their status as an Illinois teacher.

Exempts special exhibits requiring additional payment and special events not open to the general public from the free admission requirement.

Establishes state regulation of free teacher admission at local public museums as an exclusive state power, limiting home rule authority.
