Amends the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems Act to clarify procedures when the Director of Public Health does not stay an immediate suspension order issued by an EMS Medical Director.

Requires the Director or Director's designee to determine whether an unstopped immediate suspension shall apply statewide or only within the local EMS system.

Maintains existing procedures for immediate suspensions when an EMS Medical Director finds that continued practice would constitute imminent danger to the public.

Ensures the Director's determination regarding statewide application is issued to the EMS Medical Director, who must immediately notify the suspended individual or entity.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
