Amends Illinois Property Tax Code Section 21-355 to allow attorney's fees of up to $900 to be added to the redemption cost when a petition for tax deed has been filed.

Attorney's fees are included as part of the total amount owed by a person seeking to redeem property from a tax sale, alongside existing costs and fees.

The $900 attorney's fee cap applies only in cases where a tax deed petition has been filed by the certificate holder.

Takes effect immediately upon passage.
