Amends Section 7-144 of the Illinois Pension Code to modify retirement annuity suspension rules for the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF).

Sheriff's law enforcement employee annuitants who return to work as school security guards employed by a participating employer are considered participating employees if they work more than 799 hours annually.

Requires the IMRF to notify all annuitants upon retirement and at least annually thereafter that they must immediately notify the Fund if they return to work for any participating employer.

Requires the IMRF to develop and maintain a system to track annuitants who have returned to work and notify participating employers and annuitants at least annually of work return limitations.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
