Requires local registrars to send a copy of death certificates filed outside the deceased's county of residence to the registrar in the deceased's home county within 7 days of filing.

Mandates that medical certifications of cause of death note if methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus, clostridium difficile, or vancomycin-resistant enterococci contributed to or caused death, with authority for the Department to add additional multi-drug resistant organisms by rule.

Requires medical certifications to provide an opportunity to indicate if death was caused in whole or in part by dementia-related disease, Parkinson's Disease, or Parkinson-Dementia Complex.

Requires coroners or medical examiners to send copies of medical certifications for deaths of children under 18 caused by motor vehicles (backing over a child or power window incidents) to the Department of Children and Family Services for Child Death Review Teams and annual reporting.
