Creates the Licensure Reform Task Force within the Division of Professional Regulation to conduct formal hearings about licensing procedures and develop policies to reduce licensing processing requirements.

Task Force membership includes one appointee each from the Speaker of the House, Minority Leader of the House, President of the Senate, and Minority Leader of the Senate, plus the Director of Professional Regulation.

Includes 8 members appointed by the Governor representing the medical, trade, public safety, and occupational industries (2 members each), plus any additional experts deemed necessary.

Industry representatives serve 2-year terms and all members serve without compensation; Task Force meets quarterly and may conduct formal hearings through online portals.

Task Force must submit reports to the General Assembly and Governor after every 2 quarterly meetings; provisions expire December 31, 2030.
