Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 to modify restrictions on peace officer use of force under Section 7-5.5

Removes the prohibition on discharging kinetic impact projectiles and non-lethal or less-lethal projectiles that target the back

Maintains existing prohibitions on chokeholds and restraints above the shoulders with risk of asphyxiation unless deadly force is justified

Prohibits use of force as punishment or retaliation, and restricts discharge of kinetic impact projectiles from targeting the head, neck, groin, or anterior pelvis

Maintains restrictions on conducted electrical weapons targeting the head, chest, neck, groin, or anterior pelvis, and requires dispersal orders before using chemical agents or irritants for crowd control
