Prohibits the sale of gas stoves manufactured on or after January 1, 2025 in Illinois unless they bear a warning label about nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide emissions.

Requires the warning label to state that gas stove emissions may exceed EPA outdoor air quality standards and can exacerbate respiratory illnesses or cause asthma development in children.

Mandates that manufacturers or importers affix adhesive labels in easily readable positions with type size no smaller than other consumer information on the product.

Establishes violations as unlawful practices under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, allowing the Attorney General to enforce the Act with all available remedies and penalties.
