Amends the Illinois Pesticide Act (415 ILCS 60/4) to expand the definition of "Restricted Use Pesticide"

Adds three chemicals to the restricted use pesticide category: 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid, and atrazine

Restricted use pesticides can only be purchased and applied by certified applicators (private, commercial, or commercial not-for-hire applicators)

The bill classifies these herbicides similarly to other pesticides already restricted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under federal law
