Creates the COVID-19 Vaccination Employer Mandate Prohibition Act, making it unlawful for Illinois employers to require employees to demonstrate receipt of COVID-19 vaccines or boosters approved under emergency use authorization by the FDA.

Prohibits employers from creating, implementing, or enforcing workplace vaccination programs that mandate COVID-19 vaccines approved under FDA emergency use authorization as a condition of employment.

Establishes that the purpose of the act is to protect individual bodily autonomy regarding decisions to receive COVID-19 vaccines or boosters under emergency use authorization.

Cites that COVID-19 is no longer classified as a pandemic and that emergency use authorization vaccines have not undergone sufficient study of short-term and long-term effects.

Becomes effective immediately upon enactment.
