Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 to establish mandatory minimum and maximum prison sentences for trafficking in persons, involuntary servitude, and involuntary sexual servitude of a minor.

Involuntary servitude convictions carry sentences ranging from 2-8 years (Class 4) to 12-60 years (Class X) depending on the means used, with the most severe penalties (12-60 years) for causing or threatening physical harm.

Involuntary sexual servitude of a minor convictions carry 8-30 years (Class 1) to 12-60 years (Class X) depending on whether force or threat was used and the victim's age.

Trafficking in persons convictions carry 8-30 years imprisonment for individuals and up to $100,000 fines for companies; aggravating factors like kidnapping or sexual assault increase sentences to 20-60 years.

Establishes mandatory restitution based on the greater of gross income to the defendant or victim's labor value under minimum wage law, requires fine distribution to the Specialized Services for Survivors of Human Trafficking Fund, and authorizes property forfeiture.
