Amends the Freedom of Information Act to extend response deadlines for requests for officer-worn body camera recorded audio or video from 5 business days to 15 business days after receipt of the request.

Allows public bodies to extend the time to respond to officer-worn body camera requests by an additional 15 business days from the original due date for reasons specified in the Act's extension provisions.

Maintains the standard 5 business day response deadline for all other public records requests under FOIA.

Applies only to requests allowed under subsection (b) of Section 10-20 of the Law Enforcement Officer-Worn Body Camera Act.
