Authorizes the Department of Transportation to execute and deliver an easement to the Village of Forest Park for specified land in Cook County in exchange for $1 payment.

Easement covers a 50-foot span on Des Plaines Avenue at the southeast corner of Des Plaines Avenue and Industrial Drive in Forest Park, Township of Proviso.

Easement is subject to existing public utilities, public roads, and all recorded reservations, easements, encumbrances, covenants, and restrictions.

Department of Transportation must obtain a certified copy of the act within 60 days and record it in the Cook County Recorder's Office upon receipt of the $1 payment.

Easement is restricted to maintenance purposes only.
