Creates the COVID-19 Workplace Conscientious Objection Waiver Act in Illinois.

Requires all Illinois employers to accept sincerely held conscientious objection waivers from employees regarding COVID-19 vaccines or boosters approved under emergency use authorization by the FDA.

Defines "conscientious objection" as an individual's right to refuse participation in activities incompatible with their moral, religious, philosophical, or ethical beliefs.

Establishes the purpose of allowing individuals bodily autonomy to decide whether to receive COVID-19 vaccines or related boosters approved under FDA emergency use authorization.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
