Sheriff must present delinquent tax lists to the county treasurer or county collector on or before May 15 of each year for examination.

County treasurer or county collector must direct the county clerk to certify a copy of each delinquent real property list to the auditor no later than June 1 of each year.

Original delinquent lists shall be preserved by the county clerk and recorded in a permanent book maintained for that purpose.

County collector must publish notice of intended application for judgment and sale of delinquent properties, including street address (if available) and PIN number of each property.

Bill becomes effective immediately upon passage.
