Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act to require issuance date and expiration date to be boldly and conspicuously displayed on the face of the card.

Firearm Owner's Identification Cards must contain the applicant's name, residence, date of birth, sex, physical description, recent photograph, and signature.

Illinois State Police may use digital photographs and signatures from Illinois driver's licenses or Identification Cards when available, unless the data is fraudulent or erroneous.

Applicants must consent to the use of their digital driver's license or Identification Card photograph and signature on their Firearm Owner's Identification Card.
