• Reduces annual registration fee for first division motor vehicles from $148 to $111, effective beginning the 2025 registration year.

• Reduces registration fees for autocycles from $68 to $51 and for motorcycles/motor driven cycles/pedalcycles from $38 to $28, effective beginning the 2025 registration year.

• Reduces flat weight tax fees for second division vehicles across multiple weight categories, ranging from $111 (8,000 lbs. and less, down from $148) to $812 (32,001-36,000 lbs., down from $1,082), effective beginning the 2025 registration year.

• Maintains existing $1 and $2 surcharges on vehicle registration fees that are deposited into the State Police Vehicle Fund and Park and Conservation Fund respectively.

• Preserves fee allocations directing portions to the Road Fund and Secretary of State Special Services Fund.
