Modifies allocation of Cannabis Regulation Fund moneys transferred to the Local Government Distributive Fund (8% of total funds).

Designates 2% for law enforcement training programs covering de-escalation techniques, officer safety including cover and concealment, and high-risk traffic stop training.

Allocates 2% for purchase of body cameras and 2% for discretionary law enforcement use.

Designates 1% to counties for pretrial services costs and 1% to counties for juvenile expungement costs.

Replaces prior language regarding crime prevention and cannabis interdiction efforts with the new allocation structure.
