Requires Department of Human Services to implement a 60+ month pilot program in 3 geographically diverse locations exempting retirement accounts (inaccessible before age 59½) and medical savings accounts from asset consideration, with services funded solely by the State.

Increases income eligibility standard for employed persons with disabilities under medical assistance from 350% to 450% of the federal poverty level, subject to federal approval.

Exempts retirement accounts and medical savings accounts from asset limits for employed persons with disabilities and medically improved disabled persons receiving Medicaid.
