Creates the Illinois Coordinate System Act of 2024 to compile accessible, accurate, and reliable geospatial data for use in coordinate systems supporting engineering, surveying, construction, cartography, and geographic information professions.

Establishes the Illinois Coordinate System Committee consisting of the Secretary of Transportation (Chair), Director of the Illinois Center for Geographic Information, Director of Natural Resources, Executive Director of the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority, Director of Agriculture, and one member each from statewide land surveyor and geographic information systems professional organizations appointed by the Governor.

Requires the Committee to create, review, and revise the Guide to the Illinois Coordinate System, which shall define plane coordinate systems, contain metadata for coordinate data, and be made available to the public through the Illinois Geospatial Data Clearinghouse.

Allows use of other datums, geodetic reference networks, or coordinate systems when mathematically relatable to coordinate reference systems outlined in the Guide.

Repeals the Illinois Coordinate System Act; Committee shall meet at call of designated members and engage with stakeholders representing local, regional, state, federal agencies, professional associations, academic institutions, and private sector entities.
