Establishes a Problem Gambling Task Force to provide recommendations to the General Assembly on how the State should assist those suffering from gambling problems or disorders.

Task Force composition includes 4 legislators (2 Senate, 2 House), representatives from the Department of Public Health, Illinois Gaming Board, Department of the Lottery, Illinois Racing Board, healthcare industry, nonprofit treatment organizations, licensed gaming businesses, and members of the public impacted by gambling disorders.

Members serve without compensation but are reimbursed for expenses, with the Task Force required to meet at least 4 times.

Task Force duties include reviewing existing state programs and services for problem gambling treatment, examining programs in other states and the federal government, and reviewing the relationship between gambling advertisements and gambling addiction.
