Changes the effective date for behavior analyst licensing requirements from 30 months after the act's effective date to 10 months after adoption of required rules under Section 80.

Requires assistant behavior analysts to be supervised by a licensed clinical psychologist or licensed behavior analyst when practicing applied behavior analysis.

Changes the implementation timeline for business organization licensing restrictions from immediate to 24 months after the Department commences issuing licenses under this Act.

Prohibits licensed behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts from practicing speech-language pathology or audiology unless separately licensed under the Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Practice Act.
