Amends Section 10-22.5a of the School Code to add new provisions for dependents of United States military personnel.

Allows military dependents housed in temporary housing outside a school district to enroll tuition-free if they will be living within the district within 6 months of initial enrollment.

Requires military personnel to provide proof of future residency through postmarked mail, lease agreements, or proof of property ownership within the district.

Permits military dependents in temporary housing to be educated through electronic learning or remote learning programs until they relocate to permanent housing within the district.

Allows military dependents to remain enrolled and continue remote education if the military personnel receives a permanent change of station order requiring the family to move out of state, until the student enrolls in another school district.
