Amends the Board of Higher Education Act to require preparation of a report on artificial intelligence education and development in Illinois public and private higher education institutions.

Board of Higher Education must submit the report to the General Assembly within 6 months of the effective date of the amendatory Act.

Defines "artificial intelligence" as a machine-based system that can make predictions, recommendations, or decisions influencing real or virtual environments based on human-defined objectives.

Report must document all existing academic programs and courses covering AI use, development, and ethical and social implications of artificial intelligence systems.

Report must include future plans for implementing new artificial intelligence education programs and courses at higher education institutions.
