Amends the Illinois Election Code Section 7-14 to change the deadline for the State Board of Elections to examine nomination petitions from 68 days before the general primary election to 68 days before the first date of early voting for the general primary.

Changes the deadline for county clerks to certify candidate names from 62 days before the general primary election to 62 days before the first date of early voting for the general primary.

Requires county clerks to file certified candidate names with election boards and provide directions to place candidate names on official primary ballots in the same manner and order as shown on certifications.

Maintains existing requirements that candidates appear on ballots in the order petitions were filed, as determined by lot, or as otherwise specified by statute.
