• Implements tiered fee structure based on estimated project cost: no fee for projects under $100,000; $2,400-$30,000 for projects $100,000 and above, calculated as a percentage of estimated costs.

• Requires Department to conduct on-site inspection within 30 working days of project completion notification and provide written occupancy approval within 10 working days if substantial compliance is demonstrated.

• Deposits all plan review fees into the Health Facility Plan Review Fund to cover Department costs for reviewing assisted living, shared housing, nursing home, and developmental disability facility projects.
