Increases the maximum fee the Illinois State Police may charge for Firearm Transfer Inquiry Program requests from $2 to $10, plus applicable processing fees limited to State Treasurer charges for electronic online payment system use.

Requires $4 from each fee collected to be deposited into the State Police Revocation Enforcement Fund, with remaining fees deposited into the State Police Firearm Services Fund.

Maintains existing requirements for Illinois State Police to conduct background checks on firearm, stun gun, and taser transfers within timeframes established by law and notify dealers of any disqualifications.

Preserves the automatic renewal process for Firearm Owner's Identification Cards during inquiries for persons with fingerprints on file.
