Department of Children and Family Services must publicly release performance data collected under the B.H. Consent Decree and submit it to the federal government as required.

Department must submit annual data reports to the General Assembly by December 31, 2024, and every December 31 thereafter containing the B.H. Consent Decree performance data.

Subject to appropriation, the Department shall implement a data system to analyze trends and evaluate multivariate correlations in the collected performance data.

Effective immediately upon enactment.
