Senate Operations Commission and Speaker of the House shall each employ a full-time licensed clinical therapist specializing in mental health support for victims of sexual harassment and abuse.

Licensed clinical therapists shall provide mental health services to employees of the House of Representatives and Senate, including employees at district offices.

Meetings between General Assembly employees and licensed clinical therapists are confidential, and therapists are not required to report to the Legislative Inspector General.

All sexual harassment or assault claims made to the Legislative Inspector General shall be referred to the licensed clinical therapist to ensure victims receive adequate mental health support during claim processing.
