Amends the Illinois State Auditing Act to protect confidentiality of cybersecurity, information technology controls, and privacy program findings from State agencies by restricting public disclosure of audit and investigation reports in these areas.

Requires that cybersecurity audit findings be included only in compliance examination reports provided to the audited State agency, and prohibits posting such reports on the Auditor General's website.

Restricts investigations, findings, and recommendations related to State agency cybersecurity, IT controls, and privacy practices to disclosure only to the affected agency, its officials, and named subjects of investigation, with specific findings and recommendations withheld from the public.

Establishes that annual reports by the Auditor General may only disclose the numerical count of cybersecurity findings and whether recommendations were made, without revealing specific details of those findings or recommendations.

Requires the Office of the Auditor General to maintain confidential, legally protected, or privacy-designated records and information under the same or greater security requirements as the disclosing State agency, with violations subject to Class A misdemeanor penalties.
