Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act to require pharmacies to notify every customer that accessible prescription labels are available upon request at no additional cost

Mandates pharmacies provide accessible prescription labels affixed to bottles for persons who identify as blind, visually impaired, or print disabled

Requires pharmacies to ensure prescription labels are compatible with prescription readers if such devices are provided

Exempts institutional pharmacies (hospitals, nursing homes, ambulatory surgical facilities, hospice programs, and similar facilities) and correctional institutions from these requirements

Directs the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to adopt rules implementing these provisions
