Extends the motor fuel tax on receivers from its current expiration date of January 1, 2025 to January 1, 2040, maintaining the tax rate of three-tenths of a cent per gallon.

Continues exemptions for aviation fuel sales at major airports, diesel fuel for rail carriers, and fuel for ships and barges used in interstate commerce on bordering rivers.

Extends the repeal date of the Environmental Impact Fee Law from January 1, 2025 to January 1, 2040.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage.
