Creates the Native Language Transparency Act to require translation of leases, real estate contracts, mortgages, and disclosure documents into a requester's native language upon request.

Applies to residential and commercial real estate leases, real estate sales contracts, Real Estate Residential Disclosure Act statements, mortgages, and supporting documentation for these transactions.

Requires landlords, lessors, mortgagees, or sellers to provide translations in the requester's native language when requested by prospective tenants, lessees, mortgagors, or purchasers.

Allows tenants, lessees, mortgagors, or purchasers to void the lease, contract, or mortgage and seek actual damages if the other party refuses to provide the requested translation.

Establishes legislative intent to promote transparency and protection for Illinois residents who are more fluent in a language other than English.
